Lunch: Green curry chicken

Rice, crispy bacon, green curry chicken and cucumber

Dinner: `Apple Pasta`


Ingredients for 4 people:
 Pasta penne rigate Barilla 500g
 300g pork
 1 apple
 a pack cherry tomatoes
 parsley
 a bit garlic and onion
 tomatoes pure´


Boil the pasta for about 12 minutes (al dente).
Chop nicely parsley, garlic and onion together. Cut in half the cherry tomatoes and squeeze out the seeds. Chop the pork and the apple in small pieces.
Fry in olive oil parsley,garlic and onion and add the pork. Add then cherry tomatoes and 1 table spoon tomatoes pure´and wait for a few minute. Add litttle bit salt,black pepper,sugar,meat stock,apple and add a  bit water. Let it cook for a few minutes!
