Week-end

An other week-end without my husband :(...

it has been 3 week-ends now that Micke had to go away for work. 

But what to do?! It´s work...

It´s a little bit difficult now when Luna is getting sick... 

she was fine at the kindergarten yesterday but in the afternoon when I picked them up from kindergarten, she was tired and cranky, pain in the troat. Poor her :( 

Same thing today... she fell asleep at 18.20. 

Hope she sleeps well all night and wake up happier and feel good! 

She got plans this week-end :) 

For my part, I am going to work tomorrow. 

I just put Devin to bed ...so I am going to watch Idol, eat noodles and just try to relax. 

But right now I am getting annoyed by the neighbour that lives over us ...he is making too much noises!! 

What the hack is he doing?!!! 

 whatever...

October

October happenings: 

Micke has been going away for work...right now he is in Växjö, 6 hours away from here, working at the trade show. He went away thursday and will be back on sunday night! Then on wednesday he will be going away again to Gothenburg.

The 9th october it was Viking´s baptism, Jennie and Morgon second born.
Nice ceremony...even if we came a little late! Didn´t take any picture of Viking :( but this is from that day:

The 14th it was Anette´s birthday.
We went to Bålgård in the evening and had dinner.
And I made this for her :


Saturday the 16th we went to Karlstad
the children and Micke went to Leklandet with Anders, Linnea and Vendela while I was looking for a pair of shoes in the centrum.
In the evening we went to Bålgård to celebrate Anette´s birthday again. She offered us `smörgåstårta`.
The children stayed over to sleep so Micke and I had time for ourselfs.

The 18th it was Martin´s birthday...we had a little celebration at his place.
and I made this for him :

On sunday we were in Karlstad.
We went to Toys r us to buy a halloween costume for Luna and Devin.
Luna has been invited to Tindras `Halloween`birthday party that will take place this sunday.
Then we went to ikea...bought a new painting for the living room.

This was a summary of october happenings .

Martens week-end

On friday evening, father in law Sören came to visit. It has been 30 years since he was here at Marten! 

He stayed at our place. 

On saturday I worked untill 15.00...quite busy! The city was crowed! 

In the evening I was invited to have dinner at Wivi and Perry. Everyone brings food they made ...so it was a buffe. I made wook vegetables with bacon. 

All food tasted good...especially the thai tuna sallad! 

After dinner I went to Jon and Maja. They had a pre-party. Then we went to Olssons Brygga. 

It was a fun evening! 

Today I took the children at the Tivoli. Jon, Maja and My ( Jon´s sister ) was there too for a while. They helped me with the children! 

We were there for about 3 hours...the children ride a few carousel, got chips, fairy floss and thai food. Then Devin fell asleep! 

An interesting thing that happended was when Luna wanted to win the big chocolate bar at the ´wheel lottery`...first time it was Jon that picked a `number plate`with 5 numbers on and didn´t win! 

Then just before going home...Luna was still obsessed with the chocolate so I looked in my pocket to see if I had some cash left and I had so I told Luna that she could chose one. And She WON!!! unbelievable!!! 

It was a good week-end! Too bad Micke was away for work :(! 

But he is on the way home...

so I am going to watch tv, eat noodles and wait for my Man to come home :)! 

Home without daddy Micke

Today Micke left to go work at the trade show near Stockholm...he will back on sunday night :(

So it´s just going to be me and the children! 

Is it going to be tough?! Well, hope not :)!  I hope they are going to be good kids and they will not test my patience so much ! 

I know it´s going to be a little tiring! When u are two, things get done faster and easier! 

It´s just 3 days left...not that bad! 

I am going to have the bed for myself ...well for just a half night; Devin usually come to sleep in our bed in the middle of the night. But it´s cozy :)! 

The children are missing daddy already though! 

Devin is not feeling well.

Yesterday I was home from work...Little Devin was a little sick :(

Well, he was at home with Micke the day before and had fever ...so I thought he needed to stay at home another day but he didn´t seem sick, He was restless, full with energy! 

So today I took him to kindergarten! 

He is a mischievous little boy...funny, sweet and quite loud!!

Luna´s 5th Birthday part 2

On monday the 20th, Luna turned 5! 

So after the children´s birthday party on sunday we had a family/friends birthday party on monday. 

The apartment was crowed...total of 20 people! 

In the morning after I dropped the children at kindergarten I was busy making the cake and all the preparations for the evening party. Then I worked untill 18.00

The party started 18.30.

First ones to arrive was Jon and Maja and in this picture Luna took Jon in her new princess tent and showed him her Nintendo Dsi. 

After opening the presents...time to blow the candles! 

 Aunty Sofia made three tiered milk free cake so Devin could also eat it!

Luna was very satisfied and happy for all the presents...!

Luna´s 5th Birthday

Luna turned 5 years last monday..the 20th.

Two days before her birthday (saturday) we gave her our present..

                                                             Pink Nintendo Dsi and a game.

She was really glad! 

On sunday it was her Birthday party: Princess theme. 

There were a total of 15 children at the party. 

It went quite well and Luna was very satisfied about everything! 

After the party we went home...the children were quite tired and Luna 

just chilled on the couch! 

And here it´s a poem I wrote for my Luna: 

A little angel,a miracle,a little baby girl blessed us since 5 years ago by just coming into our life. 

My heart melted when she looked up to me with her sweet innocent eyes.. 

when her tiny hand grabbed my finger...

when she hugged and kissed me...

when I heard her calling me Mamma for the first time!

There is no words to express the love a mother feels for her daughter!

She is my everything, my own little princess...

beautifull as a moon shining in the night...

Week-End in Stockholm

Two weeks ago we decided to spend the week-end in Stockholm. 

It was my first saturday off from work since I started working in June. 

It was quite good to get away from Arvika for a few days..

we stayed at Micke´s dad Sören. On saturday we went shopping..first at Party Store to buy things for Luna´s birthday party and then we went to Gamla Stan. In the afternoon we picked up Gustav (Micke´s little brother) and we went to Gröna Lund.

Luna were very exited...her first time there! 

Devin enjoyed as well ...he rode a flying elefant with Gustav.

In the evening we went to Kista Shopping mall...a big shopping mall just 15 minutes away. There we went shopping for Luna´s presents! 

On sunday morning we went shopping in the centre. 

Then in the afternoon we had lunch at Jannika and Stefan. They are our new friends since midsummer, really nice couple. We enjoy their company!

It was a good week-end...love to be in Stockholm! I can´t wait to go back soon...! 

And the children enjoyed too! 

Playdate with Tindra

A few weeks ago I was off from work on a fridayand the children and I met Tindra and her mom Jaron. We had lunch at McDonald. 

Then Luna went to Tindra´s place and played with her all afternoon.

No Smoking

From 1st september  Micke decided to stop smoking ...so he `pushed`me to stop too! 

Well I thought  It was going to be harder but I think I am doing quite good! 

1 cigarette a day! Impressive right?! Well, I think it´s impressive! 

Anyway we´ll see how it will end...for now, so far so good :)! 

Hobby: painting and flowers

I always loved painting and drawing. 

I did many drawing when I was younger mostly Japanese manga. I can think of myself as a `copycat`...

I see a picture and I draw it. 

Being a mom of two and having a job now...I don´t have much time and I don´t feel in the mood of painting. 

But that desire came back again...I started to paint and draw a little bit. I do that in the evening when the children are asleep. 

Most of  the painting I gave away as presents...

Planning Luna´s 5th Birthday

My little girl Luna will turn 5 years old less than a month. 

So I decided to start planning her birthday party. 

5 years it´s an important birthday so I want her to have a nice and a special birthday. 

We gave the invitations to all the children at her kindergarten and I will send some. 

We wrote her wishing list, rented a place near the port, find games to do during the party...

and we planned to go Stochkolm the week-end before her birthday to shop presents and buy party accessories: Princess Theme.

Then we will take the children to Gröna Lund. 

2 times we were in Stockholm we tried to go there but it never happened...it was closed then!

Then we are going to meet Nonno Sören and Gustav and some friends.

I can´t wait... I have been working all summer and every saturday so that week-end will be my first week-end  off from work. 

It´s going to be FUN! 

Vilde´s birthday party

Yesterday the children and I were at Vilde´s birthday party. 

He turned 5 years old.

Party and Hoffmaestro

Last saturday we were at Olssons Bryggan to listen to Hoffmaestro. 

But first we had a pre-party at Anders.

Arvika Festivalen

Thursday, Friday and Saturday it has been Arvika Festivalen...

many people around Sweden comes here every year to be at this event and party!

Micke and I and a group of friend was there on Friday. 

First we went to pick the tickets up and went into the Festival area for just a little while to listen to Takida.

Then we had dinner and a few drinks at Annsofie and Joen and everyone went back to the Festival together.
